Mara was born to a struggling mom who regardless of the struggles of keeping a home, making rent, and finding food, Mara’s mother made them feel so loved and wonderful. sadly Mara’s mother didn’t have the best taste in partners and Mara was put into some precarious situations when partners would get controlling or abusive towards Mara’s Mother.

When she passed away Mavie appeared as if out of nowhere to take Mara to her home. Which Mara has had a very angry feelings towards Mavie for taking them away from their home before they could even come to terms with their mothers death.

Mara has struggled to cope with the feelings of loosing a loved one while having everything they could have ever wanted in this big house with Mavie and her family. Mara tends to have little outbursts of anger and annoyance at the drop of a dime when they are struggling with their training in their magic, and when their ocd kicks off that can cause some odd bursts of magic to break things around the house.

grumpy teen vibes for nearly everything they are asked to do. They are organized, creative, likes to sew. Struggles with their ocd about germs and cleanliness, has the tick of everything must be in its place, Must have things in sets of 3, and Mara has the compulsions to lock the doors when they leave the house/bedroom, check it twice and then they can leave. They can be loud, expressive, generally cheerful but a little cranky but who wouldn’t be when your a preteen~

Mavie:
Kind of hates Mavie, but Mavie is their legal guardian at this time .

Mavie’s taken Mara into her home as her ward. She’s been teaching Mara how to wield their magic and become a decent grown furson in society. Mara struggles to connect and converse about feelings and their past, and Mara feel like they gets yelled at more than anyone else in the home.


Kimi-ichi
Loves Mara and Mara loves Kimi~

Kimi is Mara’s pet and favorite companion. Kimi is a Pact-Binder. The word is Mara made a secret deal with Kimi, and so long as the pact is kept Kimi and Mara can feel each others feelings and thoughts communicating as if they were right next to one another no matter the distance they physically are from one another.



Emmerson
Treats Emmy like a sudo-dad when Mara’s looking to do “guy stuff” like wood working o fixing something broke, but has way more fun braiding Emmy’s hair at the breakfast table, and helping Emmy garden n the yard.



Kira

Mara n Kira have a “sibling rivalry” kind of relationship. with each of them pulling pranks on one another and fighting for attention/time with Mavie on a daily basis.



Mariebell

Mara treats Mariebell like an overbearing older sister, and they often spat about silly little things the two of them jut can see eye to eye about. buuuut they do love the quiet moments when Mariebell wants to bake in the kitchen n Mara gets t help.

Active Magic — Time Magic

Mara has Time magic that must be activated with Mara’s thoughts and feelings.

Currently Mara is struggling with how to use and grow their powers, to their knowledge they can rewind small items within a min or two. such as rewinding a cup that’s fallen off a countertop. but that’s about it. Mara has tried to use their powers for other things and has little to no success on how to wield their magic properly. Mara’s actively in school to learn how to use their magic safely.
